What should I do if I don't receive the email to reset my password?

Follow the steps below.

  1. Check your inbox and your junk folder
    Email can sometimes be redirected to your ‘Junk’ folder. If this is the case, mark it as ‘Not junk’ and add our email address to your contacts to prevent this from happening again.

  2. Wait a few minutes
    The reset email is usually sent within a few minutes, but it can sometimes take up to 15 minutes depending on your email provider.

  3. Rerun the request if necessary
    If after several checks you still receive nothing, try launching a new reset request.

  4. Use the most recent link
    You can request a password reset several times, but make sure you use the link in the most recent email, as previous links may no longer be valid.

  5. Contact technical support
