What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days.
 
Between 7 and 30 days, the refund will be prorated.
After this period, a penalty of 10% of the subscription balance or $50 (whichever is less) will be charged.
 
To avoid future charges, you can cancel automatic renewal at any time. Note that you will continue to have access to the software until the end of the current subscription period, even after cancellation.
