No Available Sessions

How to Release a Session of RxVigilance or RxPhotosID on an Unused Device

This message appears when the number of open sessions exceeds the number included in your subscription. Here's how to release a session:

Release by user


From the device where you want to release a session, click the logout button logout

in the top right corner of the screen. 

Release via Subscription Management

  • Log in to store.vigilance.ca
  • Click on My Account and then Manage My Subscriptions.
  • Click on the relevant tile and select Release Session
  • Identify the user with a red dot and click Release Session again.
