If you're having trouble logging in, start with these steps:
- Check that you have Internet access or wireless data
- Make sure you've created and validated your account
- Make sure you've activated and paid for your subscription in the Online Store
- Check that you have only one session open
Then verify the following:
- You've entered the correct email address and password
- You're using a secure browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari
- You're logging in to the webapps.vigilance.ca or the Online store page
