Why can't I log in?

If you're having trouble logging in, start with these steps:

  • Check that you have Internet access or wireless data
  • Make sure you've created and validated your account
  • Make sure you've activated and paid for your subscription in the Online Store
  • Check that you have only one session open

Then verify the following:

  • You've entered the correct email address and password
  • You're using a secure browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari
  • You're logging in to the webapps.vigilance.ca or the Online store  page
