# How do I download and install the new mobile version?
## From the Apple Store or Google Play
The **RxVigilance mobile app** is available on the **Apple Store** for iOS devices and the **Google Play Store** for Android devices.
To install it:
1. Open the [**Apple Store**](https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/rxvigilance/id6741224580) or **[Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ca.vigilance.rxvigilance)** on your mobile device.
2. Search for **"RxVigilance"** (if you did not use the direct links above).
3. Download and install the app.
**Important:** To access the app’s content, you must first **purchase an RxVigilance essential or complete licence** from our [**Online Store**](https://store.vigilance.ca/home). Then, log in with your **credentials** to use the app.
