# Do I need an account to use the mobile version?
## Yes. An RxVigilance Essential or Complete license is required.
To access the content of the **RxVigilance mobile app**, you must first purchase an **essential or complete** licence from the [**Online Store**](https://store.vigilance.ca/home).
Once purchased, use your **credentials** to log in and enjoy the full mobile experience.
**Already have an active RxVigilance licence?** Simply log in with your existing credentials to start using the new mobile app.
